EPSN SportsCenter takes its marketing and advertising to a whole new level. They have the ability to work with the very best athletes from all different sports. They Broadcast highlights of all different sports and provide updated news and information to everyday.
They are a huge company and one of my favorites when it comes to advertising. They constantly bring entertainment and humor when it comes to their advertisements on television. Oh and don’t let me forget, their humor tends to be simple nerdy humor but in the end very effective. ESPN tends to use famous professional athletes from all different sports. They do a great job in reminding us what exactly they are about when it comes to sports broadcasting. Which includes them working with all the best athletes in each sport and providing the viewers with up to date information. They express the value that they really do bring to viewers and anyone interested in sports with creative and funny messages and famous athletes.
I would like to take away from ESPN’s strategy their ability to connect with the viewers and bring a humorous and creative message. They use some of the most famous athletes in their advertisements as part of their strategy. Which I feel is gives a creative feel to these messages and creates a buzz within the viewers who watch them. With this buzz it basically allows people to speak up and talk about how simple but funny “ESPN’s new commercial is”. With people talking about it a lot = free advertising for ESPN.
